| ひとこと | ・ 昨年は、「足浴の睡眠効果」を深部体温と皮膚温の変動に注目して総括し（論文１）、今年は、「睡眠援助が看護学でどのように教えられているか」について、日本と英語圏の看護学教科書を比較検討しています（投稿準備中）。 ・ 来年は、「深部体温を効率よく低下させる足浴条件」を実験して求める予定です。20代と60代を対象とした実験を企画しており、共同研究者を募集中です。 |
